A mixture of organic braising greens (kale, collard, chard, etc) are slow simmered in a vegetarian broth with chopped roasted red pepper, black pepper, and a ton of garlic.  $4

Mo Le Tengo

Our newest Salumi special, named after the seminal indie rock band from

Hoboken, NJ, “Yo La Tengo”…loosely translated it means “I have you.” This is our pizza of love for the month of February… red sauce, mozzarella, Salumi’s Mole Salami (with a hint of chocolate!)

and slow-roasted tomatoes seasoned with garlic and basil.  Very simple…very lovely.

Locals Luke and Missy won the Strangercrombie auction, put on by The Stranger, and got the opportunity to create their own Flying Squirrel special!  Here ‘tis…roasted garlic cream base, caramelized shallots, mozzarella, roasted delicate squash, Zoe’s bacon, and fresh thyme.
