A tribute to the master of cured meats, Armandino Batali, and the master of songwriting, Robert Pollard.  This pizza is layered with the spring seasonal Dario salami from Salumi Artisan Cured Meats, caramelized onions, mozzarella and sauce.  Stripped down and simple so you can get the full flavor of the nutmeg and mace laced Dario salami…much like Boston Spaceships…Robert Pollard’s new band that is back-to-basics stripped-down simple pop at its best.

The Zappa

Frank Zappa...legend.  And with album names such as “Uncle Meat”, and “Rare Meat”, we decided to name our one meat-only pizza after him.  Mozzarella, sauce, Salumi’s Winter seasonal salami, and our homemade pork sausage.  $18.50
