The Figure 8

Black Mission figs are back in season for the summer…so it’s time for our version of the modern classic: 

No red sauce here…an olive oil base, a layer of thinly sliced ripened figs, a bit of sweet balsamic reduction, mozzarella, Laura Chenel goat cheese, Zoe’s prosciutto,  and topped with fresh arugula after baking.

Sweet and salty goodness is the kicker here.

Another FSPC summer classic for sure. Named for figs, the Elliott Smith album of the same name, and for the pure fact that the number 8 is kinda the coolest number ever.  At least the most fun to draw.

The Strawberry Alarm

An experiment that exceeded all expectations!  This is soon to be one of our classics.  Tomato sauce, mozzarella, Salumi coppa, organic strawberries, Laura Chenel goat cheese, and chopped walnuts. 

Spicy and sweet and incredible.

The Summer in Saigon

Ah, the flavors of Vietnam…cilantro and lemongrass, to name two.  Lucky for us (and YOU!)…we’re putting both of those on a pizza!  Cilantro pesto sauce, mozzarella, Salumi lemongrass salami, and red onion.

This pizza is truly original and super great for the summer….Summer in Saigon!
