The Flying Squirrel LOVES mix tapes....yes...CASSETTE mix tapes.  All of the music played at the Squirrel is from mix tapes made by our employees and customers.  It’s kind of our mission to have the biggest collection of custom made mix tapes on our walls, so we’re opening that up to YOU!!

Welcome to:  “The Flying Squirrel Pizza Mix Tape Challenge”

Here’s the scoop:

Bring in a CASSETTE mix tape...now this can be an old one you made from the 70’s, 80’s, or 90’s...or even made right NOW!  Any mix tape donated to our wall gets you 10% off of your order at Flying Squirrel!  if it’s not offensive, we’ll even play it at the Squirrel, although a tape donation does not GUARANTEE store play.  Here...let’s make it easy....a list of rules:

1. 1.Mix tape MUST be on cassette.
   

2. 2.It must contain a tracklist
   

3. 3.The tape should preferably be filled with music...no cassette coming in with one or two songs.
   

4. 4.We will not accept single artist purchased cassettes, or cassettes that were commercially released.  We’re embracing mix tape culture here...we want this to be created by you, or given to you.
   

5. 5.The tapes can be created now, or years ago...you know...that mix tape for your high school sweetheart...the breakup mix....the summer driving mix...ANY mix tape will do.
   

6. 6.We do not guarantee store play.
   

7. 7.There are no returns on cassette donations.
   

8. 8.Any customer who brings in a mix tape cassette gets 10% off a Flying Squirrel Pizza order.  The 10% MUST be used at the time of that cassette donation.  No vouchers will be given for use at a later date.
   

9. 9.If someone chooses to donate more than one cassette, it’s still only a 10% discount.  One discount per donation per visit.
   

10. 10.  We don’t really want to make this about  a discount, more about being a part of the music at Flying Squirrel.  But we DO want to show our appreciation!
    

11. 11.  So clean out those basements, those attics, those garages...we’ll take your tapes!
